The bike had an american size bb with a crap skinny single crank (round arms) so I looked on ebay for a 3 peice to fit american size bb.. the axle just sits in a sleeve push it into the bb and a flange sits in the bb cup one side and you screw the rest on other side with chainring then attach crank arms and tighten..job done..

I just took them out really and put the axle through the bb and tightened it all up

i used paint stripper then steel wooled it so it comes out better than clear coated it

you gotta get some plastic plubmers piping, and some zip ties and basically cram it in there to tighten the chain
